February 2026 Update
This update expands ChartInsight’s research workflows, gives teams more control over customizations, improves matter and file management, and makes generated outputs more flexible and reliable. February’s work also focused heavily on permissions, PDF/DOCX stability, and smoother everyday UI interactions across records, chat, and team settings.

- Chat History Awareness: Research runs now better account for prior conversation context
- Improved Progress & Fallback Handling: Clearer progress reporting and better default responses when no relevant information is found
- Markdown & Citation Improvements: Better rendering for citations, lists, tables, and horizontal rules in generated responses and outputs
Customizations & Prompt Library
February introduced a more complete Customizations experience for managing how teams shape outputs and AI behavior.
- Expanded Customizations Area: Templates, Prompt Library, File Classifications, and References are now more clearly organized together
- Prompt Library Enhancements: Library items can include richer context settings and are easier to edit and manage
- Editable Team Library Items: Teams can update existing library items with more flexible partial-update behavior
- File Classification Context Controls: File classifications can now be used to control what content is included in prompt context
- Improved Navigation & Layout: Better tables, cards, tabs, header layout, and at-a-glance views across customization screens

Downloads & Output Generation
Generated documents became more modular and more resilient this month.
- Section Downloads: Individual medical record sections can now be downloaded directly
- Improved Chronology Controls: Better support for chronology visibility and rendering options across templates and records
File Processing & Classification
File ingestion and classification workflows were expanded to support more nuanced record handling.
