April 2026 Update

March 2026 Update

This update brings major improvements to workers' compensation tools and report templates, alongside more flexible controls for how generated documents look and read. March's work centered on a refreshed PD Calculator, an expanded Industrial Injuries template for QME reports, and new chronology and narrative summary options for cleaner output.

February 2026 Update

This update expands ChartInsight’s research workflows, gives teams more control over customizations, improves matter and file management, and makes generated outputs more flexible and reliable. February’s work also focused heavily on permissions, PDF/DOCX stability, and smoother everyday UI interactions across records, chat, and team settings.

January 2026 Update

This update introduces major improvements to AI chat quality, citation accuracy, and reference document handling, including a new Comprehensive Mode and page-level citations. ChartInsight now integrates directly with Gemini GenieDocs, enabling seamless import, search, and synchronization of cases and medical records. New features like Bates numbering, enhanced custom sections, and expanded download formats improve legal compliance and data portability. The release also delivers a cleaner, more responsive UI with clearer navigation, loading states, and mobile enhancements.

Consolidating Records

We have added a new feature that allows you to combine multiple records you may have uploaded for the same person/patient/client into a consolidated record with a full chronology and comprehensive summary of their medical history. Here is a brief instructional video:

Added a retention policy: 90 days after a medical record is created in ChartInsight, it will be automatically erased. This includes permanently and irreversibly deleting:
