Retention Policy

Added a retention policy: 90 days after a medical record is created in ChartInsight, it will be automatically erased. This includes permanently and irreversibly deleting:
- The original uploaded file(s)
- The generated file(s)
- Data used to generate the file(s)
- Chats and associated chat messages
- All ePHI except the name of the medical record as provided by the user, which is kept for billing and auditing purposes
