Usage-Based Billing

ChartInsight uses per-page billing:

  • Charged based on total pages processed
  • Processing occurs after upload
  • Billing happens after processing completes
  • Files reused from existing records are not charged again

Credit Card (Default):

  • Update payment method through billing portal
  • Secure, PCI-compliant processing

Invoiced Billing (High-Volume):

  • Available for high-volume customers
  • Monthly invoices based on usage
  • Contact sales to set up invoiced billing

  • Update payment prompt with direct link
  • Processing resumes after payment method updated

Promo Codes
